What is the average amount of vacation a company gives new employees?

I’m just curious what most people’s companies give them for vacation time starting off. Obviously I know you can negotiate more in your contract when starting a new job if you have previous experience, but what is the average amount of time offered?

Or what’s the standard vacation amount given in general across the board? Just curious…
