How do I motivate myself for this summer vacation?

Before school ended, I was telling myself I was going to do a whole bunch of things during the summer. Now that it’s here, I don’t feel like doing anything but sleep, play games, chill.

I’m planning to work out, study for SATs next year, do summer school, and learn how to drive. I’ve done a little bit of each, but I can’t seem to push myself further. What should I do to make this vacation worth my effort? How can I get motivated?

They don’t have any gym equipment, and its too cold to go for a jog outside. What should I do to prevent from putting on pounds?

Hi everyone. I have a bit of an obsession with my weight. I’m about 5″9 and I weight 147 pounds with a fat percentage of 8.5 percent. I go to the gym everyday for about 3 hours, doing cardio and weight training (except on Wednesdays, when I do Yoga). I’m also taking L-Carnitine and CLA pills.

I’m going for vacations for a week. My question is, without taking the pills and without exercise, will I put too much weight in one week? I mean, everyone knows we eat more on holidays, so take that in consideration!
