What should I do with my tank when I go on vacation?

I’m planning to go on vacation soon and don’t know what to do with my fish tank. My dad won’t let me just leave it because, a few days ago, my filter broke and started heating up (it would have exploded if we didn’t unplug it). I don’t have anyone to leave the tank with. What can I do???

We got a new filter and it’s working fine. My dad’s just scared that the new one will stop working just like the old one did.

Three Day Vacation how should I feed my fish?

Well, I am going on a three day vacation, and I was just wondering about my Molly fish. Should I buy those tablet kind of things that let the fish poke at it? Or should I just let the fish go with no food for three days? I heard that fish could be starved, but is that the best option? And if I put the tablet in, my Molly won’t overfeed itself will it? How can I keep my fish fed while on vacation?

We just bought a male Betta for my two year old daughter.

When we got home, we realized that we won’t be able to feed him while we’re on our 4-day vacation this weekend.

Can he survive without eating? Or do I give him a bunch of food before we leave? Or do they make a time-elapsed feeder thing?
It’s just one of those average sized fish bowls like people used to keep gold fish in.

What should I do with my baby guppies while I’m on vacation?

I’m going on vacation for 4 days. What should I do about the baby guppies? There are four one week old babies and 5 seven week old babies. Would the 1 week old guppies be able to eat the food that comes from one of those vacation feeding blocks? I can’t leave them with anyone because it would stress them out to move them. Thank you!
