How can I keep my plants watered on vacation?

I recently planted some blueberry/raspberry bushes, and we’re going on a 2 week-long vacation soon. I’m concerned with the plants dying (it’ll be very hot and dry when we’re gone) from lack of water. Since the sprinklers don’t reach to where the bushes are, is there anything I can do to set up some sort of automatic watering system?
