Should there be a limit to how much vacation a therapist should be allowed to take?

Mine went on a 3 week vacation over the summer, now she’s on a 1 month vacation at a time I feel I need her badly. I’ve known her 6 months so I am afraid if there are more to come. Should I have asked her before being her patient how much vacation she’ll be taking? It’s a too traumatic for me, I feel abandoned and suddenly cut off from the help I was paying and relying on so much to get.
