What would you pay a teen to go on vacation with you?

I am thinking about taking a teenager on our vacation with us. I basically want her there for when the baby naps, so she can go back to the house and stay with her, and also to watch both kids for an occasional dinner out. I have no idea what to pay for this. We will obviously be taking care of room/board/food etc. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
PS kids are 9 months and 3 years old.

As a parent on a budget how do you save extra money for vacations?

I have noticed that even when putting money into savings, most of it gets switched over to checking at some point so, the banking account doesnt really help us save money.
