I live in a contry that is very hard to find a job.
the company is paying for the master but they do not let me study.

What’s this psychological syndrome associated with bosses not wanting to take vacations?

It describes bosses (managers, supervisors) who think that the whole operation will fall apart without them. A certain survey says that this is one of the reasons why majority of Americans take fewer vacations than the rest of the world. I heard this syndrome mentioned once, but I just can’t remember it right now. Anyone knows about this?
